Deepa works in the messiness of complex socio-economic and environmental challenges. Based in London but working with organisations and network communities around the the world she focuses on supporting regenerative development and systems change through collaboration, intentional facilitation and strategic design. Deepa founded The Deep & Meaningful Consultancy. Market and issue agnostic, her work has included campaigning on human rights, advising large corporates on sustainability strategies and working on multi-stakeholder collaboration co-creation with social entrepreneurs. She's particularly interested in how more embodied approaches can accelerate collective action and decision making for organisations and systems design for change. Deepa works in an intentional and intersectional way; she can see the dots that need to be joined and understands the contexts people are coming from so cross-sector conversations and collaborations become richer and much more meaningful. She was recently COO of Catalyst 2030, a global distributed network community of Social Entrepreneurs and allies co-creating collaborative systems change. Deepa is a Trustee for Initiative Earth / Earthed, a learning platform and community dedicated to ecosystem restoration, and a Board member of the Aakash Odedra Company, a performing arts organisation based in Leicester.
