As part of the Office of Transformation at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, KidsX, a global leader in pediatric digital health innovation, facilitates collaboration between leading children’s hospitals, providers, payors, investors, entrepreneurs, and corporate partners to solve the most pressing problems in pediatric care delivery. By bringing together this robust network of various players in the industry, and delivering multiple accelerators and various innovation programs, KidsX supports early-stage digital health companies achieve product and business model validation in the pediatric market. KidsX is anchored by a consortium of the nation's leading children’s hospitals. Corporate partners include: Redesign Health, Amazon Web Services, Press Ganey, Elevance Health, City of Glendale, Cooley LLP, and more.

Lead and manage a team of innovation analysts, consultants, and strategists focused on pediatric innovation programs like KidsX. _________Build and lead the innovation strategy for youthink, CHLA’s Adolescent Health and Equity Innovation Incubator Hub that supports ideation and solution building for adolescent and young adult health. This program is federally funded by OPA/OASH/HHS._________Co-develop strategic initiatives with CHLA leadership for the Innovation Studio.
