I then joined ClaimBuddy as a Human Resources Specialist, where I supported the HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. I moved to DTDC Express in July 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, before being promoted to Assistant Manager in April 2022.I hold a PGDHRM from MITSDE and a BTech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from MACET. I am skilled in HR processes, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR software. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for the organization, and creating a culture of excellence and diversity.
