Current• Designed and Developed, Sheet metals & Plastic Enclosures for Various types of Modular Inverter, Modular UPS, Modular Batteries etc.• Designed Various Types of Domestic and Industrial products like Powerwall, MetroGrid, etc which is IP65 rating with Outdoor Access Point Hardware Installation like Wall mount, Table Mount, Poll Mount, Dinrail Mounts.• Designed and developed 19” Racks Enclosure Cabinets, distinguished by their simplicity, assembly-friendliness and versatile functions for electrical/electronic products.• Designed and Developed Extruded Aluminium Heat-Sinks. • 3D System Assembly Design Including Electrical cables Routing as per customer requirement. • Interlink Bus bar assemblies, 19” Shelf for Modular Equipment’s, Shelf’s fixing supports etc.• Coordination with the other Engineering Department for the precise product outputs.• Generating Ideas & concepts, Solid Models, Top-down Assembly & creating 2D drawings • Reverse Engineering of products and adding value to them by reducing cost.
