-Develop effective credit risk stratgies that drives profitablity whilst reducing bad debts.-Develop strategies that improve the credit quality of the portfolio and ensure that strategies are consistent with the economic outlook and risk appetite metrics.-Analyse performance of front book and back book credit risk strategies, with a view to provide additional improvement ideas in written reports to senior stakeholders.

-Monitor and analyse data on the risk associated with Mortality and Longevity across the life insurance & annuity business, give insightful commentary on current experience and apply mathematical and statistical models to predict future changes in Mortality. -Assumptions recommended by the team are used to ensure that the company remains solvent even in extreme circumstances-Raise awareness of emerging risks and opportunities via appropriate interpretation within reports prepared for actuarial and financial reporting. -Indentify, challenge and overcome weakness in data, process and models.

-Process commercial insurance policies and endorsement requests. Responds to policy service requests from underwriters, agents, and brokers of high complexity.-Work with underwriter and other areas to resolve any discrepancies and process insurance policies in a timely manner. -Liaise with underwriting and other areas to provide information for risk evaluation and assessment.
