Ever since I was in middle school, I have been awed by minimalism. Be it an ingenious graphic design on a T-shirt, a neatly packed suitcase or a beautifully written piece of code. The idea that very complex things can be done or expressed using a simplistic approach is what excites me. In today’s ever-expanding world of data and technology and an increasing demand for infrastructure, a minimalist approach is imperative. Cloud Computing does exactly that by shedding the added infrastructure and equipment overheads. I have an array of enterprise-level experiences in Salesforce.com (SFDC) with a specialization in the Service Cloud domain. During my time with Accenture, I was involved in migrating Cisco’s multiple in-house applications, primarily hosted in Java and Oracle, to the Salesforce Service Cloud. I also designed, developed and exposed flexible and light-weight Application Programming Interfaces to over 50 consumer organizations. I refurbished and simplified archaic and cumbersome .NET modules to cheaper Salesforce products. This reduced the system maintenance costs by over $10,000 per quarter, and I received Accenture’s Celebrating Excellence Award for outstanding contribution to Business Operations for the same.I have worn multiple hats as a Business Analyst and a Technical Lead, to comprehend SFDC’s system architecture and its answers to modern-day IT problems. I am a research enthusiast and bring with me a strong potential to learn and grow through continuous collaborative problem solving. My vision is to build cloud-based solutions for organizations looking for a one-stop solution to their IT and Customer Relationship Management needs.With my accumulated knowledge of web applications and an SFDC domain expertise, I can shed your IT infrastructure’s extra weight and help you migrate to an uncluttered cloud platform with a unique perspective on systems design and enterprise architecture.
