Currently Heading the Emergency Response Services under NHM, Government of Meghalaya on a public private partnership (PPP) model popularly known a the DIAL 108 a free 24x7 ERS, for the state of Meghalaya as State Head ( COO) . Associated with the project since 2008 and played an instrumental role in launch , setup and expansion of the service in the state.Responsibilities include Emergency service Project management, Operation management, Man management, PPP management ( Government / Stakeholder ), General management, Training, monitor and review operations of regions in the state in terms of development of people & business Run operations in the jurisdictional states harmonizing sound business management and public service objectives.Ensure optimum utilization of the ambulance fleet to satisfy the business and social objectives of the stakeholders. Plan and execute fleet expansion ensuring compliance. with business as well as government processes. Ensure branding and effective marketing communications. Built brand awareness and generated leads while managing internal and external marketing campaigns and programs..Highlights • Project Coordination for World Bank Funded Emergency Room Technicians (ERT) for Meghalaya from 2015-17 to develop 30 government healthcare provider.• Resource Person for Meghalaya Administrative Training Institute on Disaster Training .• Special Invitee to The 3rd North East Health Care Leadership Summit - 2018 Workshop organized by NEC - GoI, NHM - GoM, & PHFI• Observer and Member State Disaster Team for all disaster mock drills.• Project Officer for Medical FA Team SAF Games 2016.
