Functionally Reporting to HR Manager. Handling Pre and Post Recruitment process such as manpower planning, job analysis, Selection, induction and orientation. Achieving the Recruitment target as per the requirement. Handling Statuary Compliance and Grievance Handling.  Maintaining Documents of the Employees Maintaining and managing Time records of the employees. Initiating the payroll for the respective location Day to Day administration e.g. Reimbursements of employees, Petty cash management, vendor payments, contract renewals.

 Reporting to Sr. HR Manager. Mass recruitment process, end to end follow up. Taking interviews and the end to end follow-up till the selection of the candidate. Undertaking joining formality and giving induction to the new joined employees. Preparing Offer letter and appointment letter of the employees. Maintaining employee’s relation and undergoing employee’s satisfaction program.  Man Power Planning & Training
