I am Deepankar and I am passionately curious.There are two things that fascinate me most about marketing. First: the concept of consumer logic and how rational yet irrational it can be. Second: the challenge of communicating in a way that convinces consumers requires optimization- essentially one is optimizing for something that is both rational and irrational.I apply the same thinking to leadership as well, because whether one is connecting with consumers or with one's team, one is ultimately connecting with the fun irrationality of their logic- in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome, and also optimize and scale for future growth.I am an MBA graduate from NMIMS Mumbai (AACSB accredited), presently handling Product Management-Global for RAK Ceramics ( Kludi & RAK). I have been a part of the Vodafone Leadership Program Discover- Batch of 2016 working in the capacity of Product Marketing Manager.
