Migrated an ElasticSearch cluster to a new environment set up with a new cluster that uses best practices of proper replication, sharding, etc., with a test and production environment instead of just a production instance.2. Helped onboard hundreds of internal teams to a new standardized cybersecurity monitoring and logging policy across the organization by creating new documentation, holding open hours, answering questions on MS Teams, and creating a React application where a decision tree could be used to get the most efficient resources to onboard based on a team's tech infrastructure.3. Became a Technical Lead for the team and mentored junior engineers joining the team for six-month rotations through the technical development program.4. Led the effort as a Technical Lead to rearchitect the logging and monitoring library provided by the team to make it more modular and targeted based on different technical infrastructures. With the migration to new repositories, mentored the team to follow best practices and ensured practices such as:- Adding and automating documentation (JavaDocs) by building and deploying it at library build time. - Implementing more than 80% test coverage through unit and integration tests.- Using the least amount of dependencies used for our internal library offered to the organization while working with the relevant teams at Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and the open-source communities to implement their libraries as dependencies in the most optimized way possible.- Using Conventional Commit messages to automate the building and deployment process.- Creating resilient build pipelines with alerts implemented for failure.

1. Created workflows to collect, enrich, transform, and display PII for senior leaders across the organization using a third-party tool called Domo.2. Created dashboards based on requirements gathered from senior Directors and VPs, and implemented additional useful features for data analysis beyond the requirements.3. Documented best practices for the data pipelines and relevant information about different data sets after setting up a team space in Atlassian Confluence for the next set of TDP Associates joining the team.

Suggested and implemented a process shift of doing synchronous code reviews for faster code reviews and active knowledge sharing and reduced the average time of code reviews from a week to 2 days.2. Migrated a legacy application used to digest PII from hospitals across the US and display to a dozen internal teams from using the Dojo Toolkit to using React. Additionally took on the work to migrate the legacy Groovy application to a newer version of Groovy, which led to breakage and upgrade of dozens of dependencies. To prevent the issue from happening again, implemented the best practice of locking dependencies in modules and the build pipeline.3. Implemented real-time website updates for data tables using web sockets.4. Advocated for best practices and led efforts to implement said practices. The best practices led to the React migration, including proper error detection and handling on frontend React and backend Groovy applications, lazy loading for the frontend application, and proper database connection handling to prevent memory leaks for the backend application.

1. Tutored a few hundred Computer Science majors at CCSU in classes such as Data Structures, Networking, Security, Algorithms, Java I and II, C, Assembly, and more. Also tutored non-Computer Science majors in classes such as HTML & CSS, and Intro to Python.2. Modified my communication method and style to tutor most effectively by understanding the pain points of students (logic problem, knowledge gap, or something else), and making sure they were getting the right resources they needed to overcome the problems.3.
