Client - Defense Agency:• Serve as Application administrator responsible for troubleshooting issues and maintaining a 100% uptime on production environments• Coordinate with Linux, database, network, firewall teams to support application• Gather client requirements and design, build, test, and promote application patches and code fixes, while following the software development lifecycle • Support current client by presenting application functionality and performance in the current business environment • Review and document business and infrastructure services to improve service quality

Client - Defense Agency:• Problem and escalation management• Configure application and foundation per client needs• Provide end user support by responding to incidents and change requests• Write documentation and training guides to support various IT integrations
