Roles and Responsibilities:Handling the entire recruitment life cycle.Involved in understanding the requirements from clients.Doing Market Research using portals in order to know the pool availability using different resourcing strategies such as Portals-internal database, Monster, Naukri, Google search and LinkedIn.Short listing applicant resumes based on Resource Requisition guidelines.Interacting with candidates, initial screening, interviewing for meeting hiring needs.Managing a healthy pipeline of candidates against all the demands.Setting technical panel & arranging technical interviews for short listed candidates.Follow-up with technical panel for interview feedback.Client Coordination and handling team.Posting the jobs on the job portals, managing the responses and utilizing it effectively.Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time.
