Collaborating with On-boarding team and PCF Platform Team to ensure fulfillment of the prerequisites for applications migrating to PCF.- Supporting life-cycle and release management for applications deployed and running on PCF.- Ensuring application performance monitoring (APM) is configured for applications running on PCF with rules/alerts for routine and exceptional application conditions.- Working with Network teams to request required firewall rules for applications running on PCF to facilitate them to connect to 3rd party services/solutions.- Working closely with Application Development teams to identify challenges and deployment failures in production and non-production and to advice them towards a resolution.- Track production and non-production issues that impact systems maintained by team and ensure RCA's are provided in a timely fashion. Explain events surrounding incidents in a clear and concise manner during - - - - - Weekly Client review meetings.- Mentor/Develop junior team members on Standard operating procedures (SOP). Maintaining and ensuring the SOP documents reflect the latest procedures.- Scripting and automating various use cases with Concourse.
