Resume evaluation utilizing the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) evaluation method.★Working on Non -IT / IT / Technical requirements for Domestic as well as International Mandates.★Research and analysis, developing creative recruitment strategies for niche positions.★Prepare & keep updating various trackers / MIS for smooth Resourcing function.★Ensure that the TAT agreed with business to send suitable CV's is adhered to.★Handling core talent acquisition role.★Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement★Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
