Process of work:1. Define the problem (create a project charter, stakeholder maps, stakeholder analysis, COPIS)2. Plan, train team, conduct deeper diagnostics in the state (create a questionnaire, conduct interviews, create and collect data from surveys, analyze and synthesize information, process maps, gap analysis, and gap categorization)3.
