CurrentAt, The Co-operators, at Security/Reception Desk, My usual daily tasks include-• Managing 50+ client interactions on daily basis, providing information and dealing with their queries with the most polite and friendly way possible. Building rapport with the guests and visitors; representing The Co-operators’ ideology of public relations. • Use of communication tools such as Outlook emailing, Microsoft Teams to convey messages and information to the designated personnel. Along with use of cloud-based calendar to keep track of upcoming events and maintain an effective schedule and timeline for most efficient performance.• Access control management and surveillance of the building as well as all the visitors and contractors/Vendors in the building via KeyScan software and cameras for the safety of everyone inside the facilities. • Record management and documentation of every activity and communication (verbal or written), in papers along with digital records in appropriate software system provided by the client. • Managing and resolving Client Service queries generated via ServiceNow and to pass along the data to the appropriate personnel for the technical resolution of their problem.
