Current- Ensuring great customer service experience to the customers by solving their queries within TAT.
- Management of MIS using MS Excel.
- Generate business through cross-selling of - current and savings accounts, Fixed and Recurring Deposits, General and Life Insurance, Mutual Funds etc.
- Ensuring smooth Branch operations and Audit compliance and keep updates of RBI guidelines and circulars.
- Directly addressing Customer queries and complaints and ensuring quality customer service is delivered.
- Keeping track of deliverables (Customer’s cheque book, debit card, FD receipts etc.) in the branch.
