With focus on upskilling, I am currently pursuing Sr. Leadership Programme in HR from Indian Institute of Management - LucknowI have to my credit, certification on Competency Mapping, Payroll Management and am trained in MDL Information SystemsI stand strong in easily grasping organizational processes, workflows, policies and proceduresof companies.
