Recruitment Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations through manpower planning.Expertise in working with Job Portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.Head Hunting, pre-screening applicants, Arrange walk-in interviews/drives of teaching and non-teaching staff.Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of candidates through effective screening processes.Verifying applicant references and employment details for Background Verification.2. On-boarding and InductionConducting employee on-boarding and induction though HRMS. Maintain all records of employees along with their PR files.Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.3. Payroll Processing Maintaining attendance, leave records for all on roll employees.Payroll processing for on roll employees.4. Performance AppraisalProcuring and analyzing requirements for implementation of performance appraisal.Performance appraisals using Bell Curve.Has worked on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).Implementing proper solution and trainings for employees.5. Exit Process Exit formalities – Providing Relieving and Experience letters.Taking Follow-ups for recovery, notice buy-out.Employee Grievance Management
