About Deepayan Banerjee, Ph.D.
I am currently working at the University of Waterloo as a researcher, primarily focussing on packaging technology for developing BGA-based flip chip antennas and interposer RFIC designs. Prior to my current position, I was an RF/mmWave R&D Hardware Engineer working in the mmWave research domain at Keysight Technologies. My work included MMIC passive co-design of System in Packages (SiP) in state-of-the-art Keysight instruments such as VNA, PNA, ENA, PXIs and oscilloscopes.I have extensive knowledge of active and passive RF circuits. My research career has focused primarily on wireless communications and satellite applications.
