• Created strategic application roadmaps, led to infrastructure planning, recommended optimal solutions.• Designed a key component for Dell Inc for their e-Support ecosystem which binds the Retailers to end Consumers and their information with-in Dell for entire support system. The Data is highlighted with the marketing strategy for the business decisions and major sales by 30-40% during sessions.• Implemented the engine part of the Dell online e-Support and other systems. ASQ is an application service which serves all asset related information to entire e-Support Streams as well as few of non-e-Support Streams, this solution upgraded and impacted the CSAT w.r.t support by 20-30%. One of the biggest recognized service across dell.• System which provides the Product related information and for e-Support, this binds the Asset information to a Product, as Asset information from BIL comes without Product associated to it.• Designed and implemented the retail registration system to optimize the rigor observed by the retailers to registering the products during sales and adding up warranty for those assets. Lead to increase in CSAT score for the retailers and influenced Dell growth.• Created a Dell Product Metadata catalog to synchronize and feed it for the dell Support system. Allowed consumers to increase the products during their support process.

• Lead the team for LUCID an assignment where requirement gathering, and R&D work was executed for integration application with Windows Azure Store. The overall system or Solution design was done for the Integration with Other system using MVC4 WEB API concept. A service implementation using REST API calls was established between Azure Store, the solution and the provisionary which will create an instance for an end customer.• Built a team for Roche which has constructed a general-purpose framework for debugging and testing communications interfaces on its medical devices. This framework, the Communications Interface Test Framework (CITF), is designed to accept component “plug-ins” to support communication transports and protocols.

• Implemented Private Cloud solution is positioned within the “Deliver” processes of the IMG Services. The MS-WPC Private cloud is implemented from scratch. The Major Functionality deals with Request a Provisioning Machine and the Provisioning of a Virtual Machine from the administration side.• Introduced Cloud framework PAAS solution. This was for the Public in UK region to Entertain certain metering Components while an application is running at Public Cloud.• Web Application Development Standards is standard document which has controls called set of rules which needs to be followed and every application should be compliant with those rules. The main area of focus is on security of the application. Need to encrypt the confidential information, follow brand guidelines, use of standard session management, secure the application from injecting malicious code and protecting it from hackers.

• A start of my career as a campus joiner.• Worked as an Engineer for Employee Clock-100, a window application developed using .Net and C#.• Worked as a Senior Engineer for Windows Application development of a Product, Con-FY - the first Product of Satyam.• Worked as Senior Engineer for Advanced Software Tester (AST) for validating the conformance of Semiconductor manufacturing equipment’s based on the SEMI Standards.
