With over nine years of experience in sales and marketing, I am passionate about products and services that cater to the needs and preferences of my customers. I have a master's degree in sales and marketing operations, and I have developed expertise in product , revenue growth, international roaming, sales strategy, and customer value management. As the general manager at Vodafone Idea, I am responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the performance and revenue of various roaming products and services for customers travelling abroad.In my current role, I have to be updated with the travel trends of our consumers, and identify potential partners that can enhance their experience. I also create and launch contextual marketing campaigns that increase digital sales and revenue. Some of the key metrics that I track are revenue, digital sales, margins, and customer satisfaction.
