Diligent Mechanical Engineer with a Passion for Continuous Learning.Highly enthusiastic and motivated, I am a Diploma Mechanical Engineer from PUSA, New Delhi, who believes in continuous learning and keeping myself updated on the latest technologies in the market. In line with this, I have successfully completed the PGDBA-Operations from Symbiosis, Pune and an MBA from GJUST, Hisar. In 2022, I completed the NPTEL 12-week course on Industry 4.0 and IIOT from IIT-Kharagpur, and in 2023, I successfully completed the NPTEL 12-week course on Welding Metallurgy from IIT-Roorkee. Additionally, I have also completed three out of six courses in Google Data Analytics from Coursera.In recognition of my exceptional performance, I was selected as the best employee in the company in 2019.Currently, I am serving as an engineer in the Welding Technology department at BHEL. In this capacity, I am responsible for various tasks such as process writing, scrutiny of drawings and CBOMs, writing repair procedures as per section IX of ASME, drafting sequential 3D models in AutoCAD for process cards/assembly, and developing jigs and fixtures. I am also involved in investigation and recommendations for resolution of plant/site/customer problems, providing technical support to plant/site/customers in welding/fabrication related matters.Prior to joining BHEL Haridwar, I gained valuable experience in the power sector of BHEL, where I was posted at the erection site of a 2 X 96 MW Hydroelectric Project in MANALI. During my time there, I was responsible for the erection of turbines (pelton) and MIV, along with embedment work, which provided me with hands-on experience in erection processes and made me familiar with HEP mechanical components.Additionally, my experience in the automobile industry, including TATA Motors, OMAXE Autos, and YAMAHA Motors, has given me valuable insights into quality testing of engine components and diesel engine testing.
