Responsible for the Analysis of revenues and Turnover of the stores present globally (650 plus stores) and Reporting the results of my analysis to the Top Management of the group. My analysis includes the following studies-•Analysing the profitability and turnover of each country (Turnover of more than €8 Billion excluding tax globally).•Comparison of Income generated in the past year to the current year in Rolling Months•Synthesis of Income of per Country by Country and carrying out the comparison of the results. (Study of Targets and Results forecasted and actual Targets and Results achieved by individual stores of each county)•Valuation of Fixed Assets Decathlon Stores present globally.•Developing strategies to improve the profitability from the fixed assets•Calculation of productivity and profitability of the most profitable Sports segment of the group.•Focussing and enhancing the sports segments which are less productive and profitable to the group.•To create a link between the productivity skills of each country’s stores and their profitability enhance their performance.
