-Develop Admin & HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.-Plan, organize and control activities and actions of the Admin & HR department.-Contribute to the development of Admin & HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

• All tasks related to handling of new membership, membership data updates, membership renewals and support in communication with the members. Also assist in FEEN's membership service delivery programs. • Office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks like maintaining files and records with effective filing systems, facilitating email communication to appropriate team members/member organizations, and monitoring office supply inventory.• Assist as guided in development of grant proposals, mostly by conducting researches, and supporting in need assessments surveys.• Develop situation paper for advocacy, through evidence based research.• Export sectors multi years' data analysis and develop suggestion/memorandum paper.

• Lead the program within the two districts of Bagmati province i.e. Nuwakot and Rasuwa, and enduring the effective program implementation as per the program objective.• Prepare the program activities, detail program implementation strategy and program implementation plan, and review the program budget and ensuring the effective utilization of program budget during activity implementation.• Collect data, review and analyses, report preparation, staffs monitoring and supervision.• Coordination with different stakeholders like government agencies, CSOs, local public network, beneficiaries. • Advocacy on the issue of Health, Education, Agriculture, DRR, Human right, Gender based violence, child right and other public interest issues.• Coordinate and facilitate the local level to develop different policies like good governance policy, GESI policy, grievances handling and grievances management policy, child protection policy, DRR policy etc.• Conduct different programs like public expenditure tracking, organizational capacity assessment: facilitate to prepare the organizational strategic plan, sajha sabha to raise the issue of the community.• Empower the women, minorities and marginalized population to mainstream in policy making process. • Formulate the different loose forums like Health, Education, Agriculture and Disaster (HEAD) coalition, Listening and Discussion Groups (LDAGs), Common Assembly and conduct different trainings to empower them in the field of advocacy.• Facilitate to effective use of social accountability tools (Public audit, public hearing, social audit and other tools), Public service oversight for promote good governance.• Organize the different trainings, meetings and coaching to enhance the capacity of staffs in the fields of advocacy.• Support to the local government for open governance partnership and ICT tools in local level• Draft and finalize all Technical and narrative report to donor.

• Prepare the program activities, detail program implementation strategy and program implementation plan, and review the program budget and ensuring the effective utilization of program budget during activity implementation within the district.• Coordinate with different government institutions, stakeholders, partners and beneficiaries for data collection, analysis and presentation. • Program activity conduct, reporting, collect the primary and secondary data of status of reconstruction, analyze and report to different concern agencies.• Conduct the more than 250 events of campaign on the transparency during the reconstruction.• Conduct the 15 different public hearing, social audit and public audits of schools, health post, local bodies and other institute on the issue of reconstruction, public expenditure transparency and right to information. • Set up a complain mechanism to look into grievances in reconstruction and government service delivery. Almost 500 numbers of grievance were collected and settled during the reconstruction phase.• Organize the district level stakeholder meetings, Policy Level meetings, seminars, Marginalize group meetings, orientation to Volunteer, Observation of reconstructions, workshops and other events.• Advocacy against corruption to reduce the corruption within the different levels i.e. Policy level, Implementation level, post Implementation level.• Promulgate Integrity pledges in the sector of good governance and disaster risk reduction and successfully authorized by two local level government i.e. Bidur Municipality and Shivapuri rural municipality for the Policy formation.• Advocacy and orientation to use necessary social accountability tools on government office in the District. Like Public hearing, Citizen Charter, Information board, Social Audit, Help Desk, Right to information, Grievance collection, Interaction with Service Provider and Service seeker.
