I have worked with Bharti AXA life insurance under the department CENTRAL OPERATION TEAMS (COPs). I have explored much opportunity here at Bharti in deep about insurance and their factors, I was handling the MIS AUTOMATION for pan India delivery of the reports on time, I have done the automation of reports like Leakages, Agency Dashboards, Score Cards, CAB simulator through VBA (Visual Basic for Application) and advance excel skill, I am very good in SQL thus I was handling the entire database from DWH team and taught others as well. I was internally got promoted to REVENUE ASSURANCE department due to my quality of work and productivity to make the department work more feasible. In insurance I have designed the CALCULATOR for calculating the eligibility of term plan dependent upon multiple factors.In history first time I have prepared the KPI of 350+ CSE (Customer service Executive),15+ ROM, 4 - ZOM and 250+ BRANCH through VBA and improved the Branch Score card, thus putting some innovation in design gives the three level score card in just click and thus reduced the time consumption to an hour or less. The script was fully written in hard code coding. For my innovation Bharti AXA has been awarded me with the STAR AWARD and these reports are released to CCO of the company. The LEAKAGES automation had reduced the time to few second rather than making manually over an hour with the accuracy of 100%. I was given the responsibility of designing of PDQC automation to reduce the time time consumption and quality of work like RPA. At Bharti I have explored a lot and learnt many new and innovative technologies and sharpen my skill in VBA, SQL, Excel and DBA. I was working under Internal audit department, handling MIS and data related work,system automation,validation and testing, here I was able to learn SQL and fundamental, VBA Scripts. Working here was a great experience.

I was working under BAAT team as mis executive handling of Daily, Weekly, fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly Mis delivery to respective departments, BAAT was the specialized team for releasing the few business and important Mis and control. Have involved into automation part through Automation edge.
