Training & Development:#Handling induction training for new joinings. # Coordinating and making arrangements for the pre- process training. # Doing the TNA of candidates & counsling them for training . # Conducting & providing all technical traings to shop floor employees As:1) Product Awareness2) Process Awareness3) poke- yoke, AQM, Reaction Matrix4) Kaizen 5) Quality tools trainigs- MSA, PFMEA, QRQC, PATA etc. 6) OEE, Line Balancing, Manpower Optimism, CAPA etc. # Providing technical training as related to machine process. # Conducting On Job Trainings:1) Ensure OJT for new process & new person. 2) Conduction OJT for process change. 3) Maintain the data of OJT. # Skill Matrix Updation :1) Monthly updation of skill matrix. 2) Gap analysis through skill matrix. 3) Training identification by skill matrix. # Kaizen Activity:1) Encourage employees to participating in kaizen activity. 2) Prepare monthly Kaizen summary. 3) Implement kaizen with help of CFT.
