As an engineering intern, my responsibilities included providing support to the Electrical department in tasks such as part and assembly drawing/design or classification, engineering analysis and test, PLC programming, and support of proof-of-concept or final system testing and maintenance.I reviewed facility electrical maintenance activities to ensure that production of cement and operational testing conform to all specifications, codes, and standards.I performed routine tasks related to protection equipment, HT breakers, MCC, and PCC panels under close supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.

During my internship, I gained exposure to various facets of power transformer manufacturing, including design, development, testing, and production.I collaborated closely with engineers and other professionals in the company to comprehend the distinct stages of transformer manufacturing. This experience provided me with practical knowledge about the equipment, materials, and quality control procedures employed in the process.
