Fixed Income Eurobonds Market.Working on various financial instruments such as structured instruments, Indices, Options, Futures, Fixed income securities, Derivatives. Opening counterparties account using ISIN and by adding economic and non- economic details of clients trade and update the same on clients system which provide support to the counterparties at the time of settlement. Maintain client data within the reference database by setting up new Fixed income securities like Bonds i.e. Fixed, Floating and Zero coupon, updating amendments, data update within specified time limit.

Handle Complaints and grievances by customers related to products and services offered by the bank.Solve queries and ensure high level of customer satisfaction is maintained on every call and Ensuring that customers trade actively after opening the trading accountHelping clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients.Co-ordinating with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clientsSourcing & deepening relationships from existing customer base of Bank customers.
