So far it has been a great journey with SAP Concur with new learnings, be it from the scratch of process or managing people as Team Lead. I was able to achieve the success as a TL within the 1st 3 years of my joining, post which I have had an experience in terms of people management on everyday basis. I am currently seeking for career change and challenging position in Operations Management to utilize my skills and abilities in diverse fields that offers professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible by associating myself with a growing organization. This would provide me individual growth and development in the process of contributing for the betterment of the organization.
