Business Analyst
Current- Document functional and non-functional requirements, User Stories, SRS, Ballpark Estimation, Change Request Document - Utilize wireframe design and flowchart creation techniques to visually represent business processes and user interactions.- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables.- Apply Agile methodology to facilitate iterative and incremental project execution, ensuring transparency, adaptability, and timely delivery.- Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project schedules.- Strong proficiency in wireframe design tools i.e Figma - Project management software i.e Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello and Notion
