Roles and Responsibilities• Working with Major Overseas Clients.• To handle the Overseas Recruitment & Selection process.• Research on different companies & contact to the different clients for develop the business of the organization.• Responsible for full life cycle of recruitments like Sourcing, short listing, Conducting telephonic interviews, candidates.• To understand job position, profile and understand overall needs & requirement. • Maintain Candidate MIS (Candidate details, tracking sheet, etc.)• Handling the candidates Walk-in. • Self motivated and able to work as part of a team.• Screening and Short listing of Suitable profiles.• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.• Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.• End to end recruitment.
