Roles and Responsibilities:-List Activities-World Check Reconciliation -Reconciling Information on World check as well as FMM to make sure there is no screening gap and information is correctly presentContinued Conversations with our Third party provider- World Check on List Updates and feedback errors found to ensure effective screeningDoing Impact Analysis of previous data to figure out if anything can be problematic in LIVE Queue and take action accordinglyDoing 6 eye check of Cases in SLM and making sure right level of information is present and there is no screening GapTuning Activities• To work on tuning components like FMM (Fircosoft Multi-Laws manager) & FML (Fircosoft Multi-List Manager) in order to write exceptions/rules/modify/add/delete list entries.• Work effectively with UK tuning team to complete principle testing for any new principles being developed.• Evaluating trends from the historic volumes and suggesting solutions to avoid the repeated false alerts thereby increasing the STP rate. • Responsible for publishing Health Check , Fircosoft Performance , Fircosoft Summary (MI reports) reflecting stop rate , screened volumes , hits per message , stopped messages and FTE positioning along with spike analysis to see if there are any trends or problematic entries causing spike and fixing them to reduce the volumes impact.• Keep analyzing the change in LIVE traffic and come up with new exceptions / rules in order to keep BAU stop rate as minimal as possible• Looking at all Adhoc Requests and mails and taking action accordingly
