Coordinating with job portals for recruitment exercise and Institutes for campus recruitments. Conducting GD’s, written tests and then interviews for evaluation of candidates. Salary Negotiation and fixation. Responsible for Joining documentation, Reference checks & providing the joining kit to new joinee. Arrange the induction program about the company profile and HR policy of the company. Organizing Trainings like Management development & behavioural/ soft skills training etc.Human Resource Information Systems: Creating and maintaining personnel databases for all employees -related to Personal and official details. Maintenance of on line leaves and attendance of employees. Maintaining leave register. Monitoring Employee Turnover, conducting and analyzing Exit Interviews and taking remedial measures.Appraisals & KRA: Ensure to conduct performance appraisal of due probation/confirmation of staff on monthly basis. Fixing of KRA’s in consultation with the Head-Delivery. Counselling employees after appraisal process is over.Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Compliance Preparation of monthly Salary & incentives and forwarding the data to Finance for salary processing. Group Insurance policies Employees Loans and advances Co ordinate with consultant for Filing of Annual PF return/ ESIC returns/monthly challans F&F settlements Human Resource Management & Employee Relation: Implementing policies for effective management of available human resources and discipline in the work place. Anniversary wishes on completing year with company & Celebrate the birthday of the employee on month basis, organizing parties, organizing outings, sports, group activities, employee of the month, employee of the year etc.
