-Providing legal Support to the product and services in Printing Publishing Business unit.-Performing Intellectual Property Audits of our Product and Services.-Working closely with business and engineering teams to ensure that each offering complies with both internal processes and external regulations in areas including license compliance.-Working on Intellectual Property matters relevant to technology industry.- Drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements.-Provide regional legal support to the corporate Human Resources Department. This includes assisting in implementing HR policies and processes from a contractual perspective, ensuring that HR policies and processes are in compliance with local employment laws and managing any employment disputes that may arise.- Partnering with Adobe’s Employee Resource Center, a shared services team, to help drive best practices and scale day-to-day processes.-Handling complex employee relations matters and investigations, non compete and confidentiality matters and general compliance with Indian employment regulations.-Drafting and reviewing employment documentation including offer letters and employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements-Reviewing and responding to the issues raised by employee relations team on a daily basis.-Reviewing responses to employee queries and providing an adequate response to the employee relations team to be shared with employee.

Document Review: First Line Review of Documents.•Responsive and non- responsive documentation as to provide compliance, ensuring 98-99 % accuracy. •Extraction of Privilege documents from the Document database to assist clients in the preparation of case files to be produced in the court.

•Preparing and sending legal notices to the defaulters, Bad debts and recovery of the dues.•Verification/ due diligence of property documents.
