As a production support analyst, I was tasked with handling and streamlining the incident reporting workflow to ensure efficient and effective production operations.Collaborated and assisted the engineering team to stay informed of updates and perform root cause analysis, which involved identifying patterns in issues and resolving them effectively.Perform testing in a non-production environment to ensure that the change does not disrupt the existing application or infrastructure. This includes testing in a staging environment that is similar to the production environment.Implement the change: Once We have tested the change, implement it in the production environment during our scheduled maintenance window to minimize disruption to users.Worked on monitoring applications via AppDynamics.Participated in the review of business and functional requirements. Presenting Demo session to BA, Product Owners, and Scrum master.Involved in regression testing for entire Application for each release.Defect Reporting & tracking it to closure by coordinating with the Development team during the Regression testing in QC.
