Handling start to end International Recruitment for top level & middle level  Receiving the Job description from H.O, understand the job description and get more clarification if required. To study about the client through internet. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, References, Advertisements and internal online Database  Sourcing qualified CVs and screening the candidates by conducting initial telephonic interview. Scheduling interview to the shortlisted candidates and also arranging some good candidates for walk-in if any shortfall. Conducting prescribed test in the preliminary interviews if client required. Co-ordinate with the client and also to get their Feedback after the Interview. Fill the Positions within a Limited period of time as per the Client requirement  Preparing MIS, Recruitment Summary, Project Summary, and Daily sourcing summery and other necessary Interview Reports. Proven ability to maintain good candidate relationships. Responsible for Pre and Post Recruitment and Selection Activities. Candidate track record will be maintained till they get placed in the companies.

 Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment. Understand And Study the new requirement received from the client  Plan & Discuss the strategy along with the Technical Consultant and the GM  Assign the job accordingly to the Executives for calling the candidates S/L by the consultant. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, References, Advertisements and internal online Database  Maintaining records of each candidate status as per company format & to be sent the same to the company as weekly status report. List of candidates those who are interested to be forwarded to the client for their review. Co-ordinate with the client and also to get their Feedback after the Interview.Handling Start to End International Recruitment for Top Level & Middle Level Management.Fill the Positions within a Limited period of time as per the Client requirementManage the complete life cycle of recruitment.Check weekly status reports of candidates in Hire Craft
