Shrey Technologies aim to provide consultations and value-added HR services to Corporate, MNCs Industries and all type of Business establishments.Job Responsibilities:• Sourcing, short listing candidates, scheduling interviews and following them up till date of joining. Candidates will be taken care till the joining formalities are over (Issuing Offer letters, End to End Recruitment, Handling Employee Full & Final settlement, Employee Involvement)• Responsible to maintain relationship with team and client companies.• Handled both permanent and contract based positions for hiring candidates for the client companies.• Keeping in contact with consultancy for emergency requirement of employees.• Maintaining the day to day activities done and report to the manager.• Administrate and monitor entire HR and Admin Functions of the organization• Consolidate and revise various letter formats and other documents that have to be sent out to the client companies.• Managed the complete recruitment procedures. • Coordinating Job Portal contracts and issue resolution. Drafting Job Descriptions after understanding business requirements. Managing job postings and mass mailing campaigns.• Training of candidates to improve their soft skills.• Employee timings, attendance management & preparing reports to help management to take business level decisions.• Ensuring effective meetings daily and monthly basis. Developing, interpreting and evaluating the HR operations.• Have been instrumental in setting up and updating policies and procedures in the organization.
