√ Holding 5.5 Years of experience into end to end recruitment.√ Currently working with Product Based organization for IT, Automotive & Locomotive industries. √ Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates tracking, follow-ups, team handling and Vendor management. √ Hands on experience in C2H/Permanent hiring for BIG4 and Product Based organizations. √ Assessing manpower requirement, processing requisitions from various departments.√ Finding active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, high touch direct sourcing and networking to find top candidates for current and future openings.√ Uses cold calling, employee referrals to generate candidate leads.√ Presenting fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. √ Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience.√ Responsible for pre-interview screening, acting as the coordinator between hiring manager and candidate; sending compensation agreement, offer, interview, and acceptance or rejection.√ Notifying applicants of job duties and responsibilities, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.√ Updates and maintained all social media channels including Facebook and LinkedIn. √ Manage a very comprehensive full-cycle recruiting process for all areas of InformationTechnology.√ Maintain active and pipeline candidates in Excel spread sheets to contact for other possible opportunities.
