 Played role in design of scalable, reusable, and low maintenance ETL. Worked on modifying/rewriting existing SSIS ETL jobs.  From a development side of things, I was heavily responsible for T-SQL stored procedures that were needed for various Business Analytics purposes.  Creating SSIS packages, extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) data from spreadsheets, database tables and other sources using Microsoft SSIS.

 Solutions include building enterprise data warehouse, creating visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, and custom data collection and reporting systems, focused on medical claims payments including OLTP data model design (MS SQL Server), data application development using ETL (SSIS). Mentoring and Re-Designing ETL for integrating data for P835s received for claims and deploying them in TFS Server. Created/Modified SSIS packages including creating c# script tasks, created script tasks to communicate and send/receive data from APIs. As part of two innovative Agile sprints, worked on automating database testing and worked on automating the generation of test data and developed tSQLt (Automate Database Testing Tool) programs to test existing ad modified stored procedures. As part of a team reengineering and reestablishing the reporting and analytic ecosystem at HPS, I built tableau dashboards, developed Alteryx analytical application.

 The projects were in the CareFirst Billing and Enrollment team. Effort included improving membership enrollment & on-time payment metrics. Review and analyze claims and operational from various CareFirst Business Intelligence platforms such as, Oracle, and SQL Server databases as well as understand the underlying data structures of each data source. Designing reports in SSRS. Ensuring that data is accurate and presenting it to management as well as senior and executive leadership in the form of dashboards. Interpret data and provide analytical commentaries to explain or highlight significant findings. Worked on designing dashboards and Analytics for Business Budget App which provides 3-year Profit & Loss and Cash Flow forecasts to professionals.

Client: State FarmImplementation Projects: Mobile fund transfer, Web Analytics (Tea Leaf, Site Catalyst), External and Internal transfers Cultivate an understanding of system impacts to other systems and procedures and doing the feasibility analysis of the new product to be implemented on the existing system. Defining the solutions design document including the project feasibility, project scope and with high level solution overview, its impacts and constraints. To articulate the vision of the product to development and other stakeholder teams. To review functional and technical designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.

 Successfully worked on the team to complete three-million-dollar project; implementing the deployment of a portfolio management front office application for a blue chip strategic North American private bank Northern Trust. Worked as a techno functional consultant for Wealth Management product eXimius.  Doing GAP analysis between the client's legacy system and eXimius and creating ETL mapping spreadsheets with source to target data mapping definitions. To work with development team to design SSIS jobs for implementation, to create Crystal reports for runtime and SSRS reports for adhoc reporting and writing SQL views, procedures and functions for customizing product according to client's requirements. Designed and scheduled SSIS packages to perform routine database maintenance tasks as well as ETL processes to move and transform data between SQL Servers on a scheduled basis. Generated ad-hoc SQL queries using joins, database connections and transformation rules to fetch data from legacy SQL Server database systems. To organize and participate in requirement gathering conference call with Application and Operations team.  Coordinate with development and support teams across the globe in Belgium, New York and India and to create consolidated Weekly and Monthly project status reports for Senior Management. Working closely with Architects and Project Manager on daily basis and to actively participate in data migration and product implementation jobs involving handling of data and data mapping of product. Performing ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) layer architecture to transform and load data into database for end use.

 Onsite (United Kingdom–UK) consultant for Flexcube BI and Implementation activities. Instrumental in creating migration environment and to manage the team for migration activities. And to design the procedures for data upload, verification and consistency checking. Worked on detailed mapping between the relevant columns in the OFSDW physical staging area model and the OFSDW Logical Data Model in the form of spreadsheets containing Logical Data Model (Subject area, Entity, Attribute description, Data type) to Staging area (Table, Column, Column description, Data type) and Mapping logics. To carry on migration activities to migrate bank’s data from legacy system into Flexcube. Creating DMAPS, uploading the data into oracle database, functionally analyzing the data loaded to fit into Flexcube BI system. Understanding bank's modules and preparing DMAPS files mapping bank’s legacy data to our product and filling functional Gaps in between the two.

Core Banking Analytics Team: Flexcube adopted BI Publisher as its Report tool and replaced Crystal report server with BIP. Worked on report development in Oracle 10g, Developing XML scripts in BI Publisher and designing of reports using XSLT. To design bank reports using Siebel admin and Siebel analytics packed in OBIEE tool. Migrated Crystal reports to BI Publisher Reports. Designed and developed Bank’s EOD, BOD reports in BI Publisher. Developed Packages and functions in Oracle database for the reports.Data Migration Team- Training on Flexcube core modules.- Core banking Interfaces mapping.- Worked with team on Data Migration script developer to migration retail banking data to flexcube.

 Leading the team in Citibank UK for supporting data maintenance during migration. Worked on Citibank IBBS Core banking system data migration to Flexcube. Problem Resolution within the agreed SLA. Periodic review of outstanding issues with the branches and reach agreement on priority with the customers. To develop SME for various modules through training/ Mentoring. Ensure Change Control and Release process is followed strictly for each bug fix/development. Analyzing and fixing business critical cases rose against various modules of IBBS. ETL, BO reporting maintenance, delivered UTPs (Unit Test Plans) and PTFs (Fixations).

The core banking system IBBS was used in almost 30+ Citibank sites across CEEMEA and ASPAC region. Our enhancement group handled all the code changes/testing/change control processes and periodic application version releases.- Senior developer.
