Manpower planning in discussion with Business Heads.Undertaking Recruitment & Selection of personnel.Ensuring SLA’s are followed and TAT is maintained.Reducing Cost per Hire for Domestic vertical.Induction of new joiners.Vendor Management.Referral Program.Recruitment and selection of Agents, Managers, Sales & Back office for Domestic process as per the standard.Responsible for campus hiring and vendor management.Responsible for negotiations, salary closures and joining of shortlisted candidates.Issuance of offer letters, confirmation, APL, warning & termination letters etc.Grievance handling.Ensuring all employees receive effective induction & training and are aligned to the vision and values of the organization.Providing support and guidance to line managers on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Responsible for driving employee relation/engagement activity to improvise the quality & business.

Role & Responsibility: -Source the candidate from Naukri Portals, references, postings-Handling end to end recruitment procedures independently.-Handling Pan India recruitment.-Screening and shortlisting prospective candidates for interview-Organize and manage interview and selection process-Negotiation and finalization of pay and salary rates -Joining and induction.-Handle Employees engagement activities.-Review, edit and post open job positions.-Source and screen resumes for positions in Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Client Services.-Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels (entry, mid and leadership).-Conduct interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions.-Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruiting database-Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.-Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc.
