Here we have tested many things like all the associated brokerage accounts, data transfer through batch files, Tax lots transfer along with conversion file, Identification of Non transferrable securities ,Inform the customers regarding conversion process during the conversion etc.3)Microsoft Dynamics:Currently working with Microsoft Dynamics for HSBC client.Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics aims to significantly improve HSBs staffs ability to manage and connect with WPB clientele. It aims to create A seamless and integrated CRM front end experience to run their business and manage their clients. We are using TOSCA for automation in MSD.
