- Handling Excellency Service Desk for Abu Dhabi and Dubai

- Quality checks on New Business for Bancasurance products to make sure there are no errors.- To train new staff on Bancasurance product’s documentation and processes.- Regular follow up with product providers for issuance.- New client acquisition targets of Excellency are met with the help of correct and complete documentation of account opening forms and opportunity closed within the TAT.- Buy/Sell/Deals/Transfer of Securities done with the right checks in place to ensure zero errors.- All the payments are executed/FDs are booked/queries are responded within the defined TAT.- Follow ups done with clients for deposit rollover information with the help of TD reports on a dayto day basis.- Ensuring smoother approvals on credit proposals for issuing overdrafts / change in sanctionedlimits with credit initiation and administration teams- Client contactability targets are always maintained above 80% month on month. Memo lineupdates of call plans and developments are recorded.- Resolving client issues pro-actively, logging their issues in the system and ensuring theresolution/follow up on complaints within the defined TAT.- Ensuring all internal policies are adhered to.- KYC/CAAML procedures are adhered to with attendance/certification in all the compliancerelated training.- Help the RM to up sell the products by seeking appointments to help the VGPB AUM book growth.- Ensure an updated personal development plan in place with reference to all the training/workshops which are skill related and job related.- Ensuring seamless service and good rapport with inter and intra department peers for bettersynergies.
