I have hands on experience in customer support and back office processing. I worked for First Advantage as a credit verification executive in charge of background verification. I also have experience working as a first line employee handling mortgage queries, tax and insurance issues and offering customers of Ocwen Financial solutions, resolutions like, short sale, deed in lieu etc. My experience with credit verification helped me function as a Credit Assessment Officer for ANZ Bank where I was tasked with assessing the approval of secured and unsecured loans. My most recent role is with American Express where I work with premium card account holders, helping them with their queries.
