The trainee underwent concurrent fieldwork at the corporate office of Ramco Cements. During this period, they were assigned to the recruitment team, gaining valuable insights into the recruitment process and becoming familiar with Ramco's recruitment software. It was an exceptionally positive and enriching experience.
