I successfully tracked risks by identifying, analysing and addressing risks in order to mitigate their negative effects on a project and to avoid cost performance and time delays by maintaining accurate risk management documents. I managed detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project 2013 to deliver the project on time and that allowed me to measure, cost, time and whether the project milestones were being achieved.
