The project was for a leading, Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company where I was asked to conduct research, interviews and hypothesis testing to create solutions to grow revenues by focusing on the commercial strategy of the company.As the manager (Business Development) for a group of companies based in Zambia & Kenya, I overlooked sales & operations and I focused on Household Consumables & Credit funding. I led the development of new business streams and projects for the group in the African region across sectors such as Real Estate, Healthcare Products, FMCG (Import-Export) & Credit Funding. I am an experienced associate with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. I acquired HNI/UHNI clients and managed their portfolios by investing in equity, debt, real estate and insurance.Skilled in Strategy planning, Route-to-market, New Market Entry, Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain & Warehousing, Negotiations, Customer Service, Business Development, Financial Planning & Advisory.Strong professional with an MBA (Strategy specialisation) degree from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree focused in Financial Markets from Jai Hind College.
