Currently managing over 10+ clients in the following aspects1. Customer Onboarding: Guiding clients through the initial setup and usage of our Gupshup products.2. Relationship Building: Building strong & positive relation with our clients which in turn helps us understand business needs & goals3. Account Management: Monitor and Manage these accounts and with the help of sales, pre-sales and CX teams, upsell or cross sell products as per the client's requirement4. Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed about updates, new features, and best practices for effectively managing their communication journey5. Customer Retention: Investing time to understand the pain point of the customer and reduce the churn rate and further increase the customer loyalty

During this tenure I achieved my goals by working with individual teams to develop scripts, test and analyze the results.

Started my career here at Accenture as an Automation Engineer.We learnt the basics of Test Automation Engineering with Worksoft Certify as our tool.During this phase, I learnt how to perform Assembly Testing & execution of Regression Testing.
