- Responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for Freshworks suite of solutions within the defined territory- Collaborating with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to prevent churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities- Drive the product demo, commercial negotiations and RFP for the customer needs- Tracking and managing sales pipelines to ensure consistent and accurate forecasting
