• Recommend bottom hole assemblies and drilling parameters for directional related element of drilling program• Managed all well bore paths and performed surveys to compute and monitor all rates of penetration.• Perform necessary calculation and monitor well path to ensure that well path is kept with tolerance specified in well plan• Recommend and execute any correction action at early stage in consultation with Drilling Coordinator, shall also undertake hydraulic calculation in order to optimize pumping rate and total pressure drop.• Continuously monitor potential danger of collision with live well and demand required safety action to be taken to avoid such collision.• Maintain good quality and healthy relations among superiors and colleagues and subordinates.• Carry out all activities in safe manner and report positive and dangerous situations to management through PDF system (positive, dangerous feedback).• Collaborated with various departments to manage workflows for all rig projects.
